• Do you believe that the exercise of self determination is a matter of utmost urgency for the people whose ancestors were captured in Africa, trafficked as prisoners of war across the Atlantic, and enslaved in the American colonies and their successor, the United States of America?

  • Do you agree with Malcolm X when he stated that; “Any time you beg another man to set you free, you will never be free. Freedom is something that you have to do for yourselves"?

  • Do you think that Imari Obadele was right when he said; “Our method entails campaigns for consent, followed by plebiscites, followed by defense of our lands. . . .”?

  • Are you sick and tired of watching Black people in America being helpless and dependent on white America when faced with natural or man-made calamities?

  • Do you believe that Black people in America ought to have control of their communities and destiny?

  • Do you believe in the need for an internationally-recognized event that can allow Black people to  demand  and expect to get the reparation for the wrongs that were done to their ancestors  through slavery and continuing through today from slavery’s legacy and especially its structures and racism?

  • Can you see yourself promoting or working for a plebiscite - a chance for each Black person in America to choose among the four options: (1) US citizenship, (2) return to Africa, (3) emigration to another country and (4) the creation of a new African nation on American soil?
